1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ownclawd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"We", "us", and "ownclawd" refer to the operator of the Service. "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
2. Description of Service
ownclawd provides a managed platform for deploying AI-powered agents that operate across messaging channels (Telegram, Slack, Discord, and others). Each agent runs in a private cloud container on AWS infrastructure.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Pricing is per agent at the current listed rate ($149/month, AI included).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms the Service or other users.
- Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including system prompts, configuration, and content generated by your agents.
We store the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest using AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You are responsible for any data your agent collects, processes, or shares through connected integrations. Ensure you have appropriate consent and comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
7. AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by your AI agent are produced by third-party language models. ownclawd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your agent's outputs.
8. Uptime & Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ownclawd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of integrations is subject to those platforms' terms of service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your agent instances will be stopped and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
